Our Chef
Tavi Bhasin
Chef Tavi Bhasin brings with him more than 10 years of Culinary Experience across 3 continents. He started his journey at The Table in Mumbai (Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list) where he was first exposed to globally influenced cuisine before moving onto train at Michelin starred restaurants in Italy and the UK. He has also worked in South Africa and Japan.
His last assignment was at FIVE Hotels and Resorts where he oversaw operations as Head Chef.
